of the Maligne Canyon from the ground up. Your guide will
lead you safely along the frozen canyon floor through
its maze of fascinating ice sculptures. Explore the entrance
to a cave system, ice caves, fossils and towering frozen
waterfalls stretching over 30m up the canyon walls. Our
tread enhancing cleats and warm winter boots will help
you stay warm and feel secure while walking on the ice.

Jasper the old fashion way! Outfitters, fur trappers,
and railroad surveyors have been snowshoeing this area
since the early 1800’s. Today, snowshoeing has become
a popular way to enjoy the Canadian winter. Our trips
venture into the deep snow of several different areas
of Jasper searching for tracks and wildlife. This trip
is available for all who want to enjoy the outdoors in
winter. Beginners welcome.

Departs Tuesdays & Saturdays at 8:30am
Includes winter boots, snowshoes, ski poles, guide,
and transportation.

COUNTRY SKIING
One the fastest growing winter sports
in Canada, cross country skiing allows us access to fantastic
areas with ease as we glide along the summer hiking trails
now transformed to a winter paradise for Nordic skiing.
Your instructor will teach you the first few necessary
skills to get going and give advice as the trip progresses.
We allow people to go at their own pace and want everyone
to come out of the trip having learned something. No experience
necessary.
