Job Description: All employees of this department will be extensively trained and will receive licenses from the Department of Transport. Responsibilities include the presentation of an interpretive tour of Maligne Lake during the 90 minute cruise, alternately piloting of a 42 ft. vessel, cleaning and maintaining tour boats and other related duties. Maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Job Description: Positions available in both the ticket office located at Maligne Lake or in Jasper townsite.  Responsibilities include customer service, assisting both groups and individuals with reserving, scheduling and purchasing of all Maligne Lake activities, coordination between the two offices, dispatching of tour boats and crews, currency exchange and retail sales. Job Description: Overall supervision of our (Registered Provincial Historical Building) boathouse, providing service in outfitting of fishing trips, sale of tackle, rental and maintenance of equipment, including canoes, sea kayaks and row boats.
Includes staff training and supervision, cash reconciliations, ordering and renewing supplies and equipment, and maintenance of a high standard of customer service.
