POLICIES
Employment
priority may be given to those applicants who are able to contract
with us to work for the entire duration of our season - Mid-May
through Early October.
Training/Probation
Period
Your first two weeks of employment are considered to be a probationary
period. This time allows both recruits and management to assess
the appropriateness of the employee to the job.
Appearance
& Grooming Policies
All employees are expected to be groomed and attired in a neat
and clean manner appropriate to the job.
Uniforms
Uniforms are to be worn at all times when on duty at Maligne
Lake. Employees are responsible for keeping their uniforms clean
and presentable at all times.
Facial
Hair
For men, hair shall be cut above the collar. Mustaches are allowed,
beards and goatees are not.
Artificially
coloured hair, dreadlocks and cleanly shaven heads are NOT acceptable.
Jewelry
One ring per hand and one earring per ear are allowed. All other
facial jewelry or any visible body piercing, such as nose rings,
tongues loops, etc. are NOT acceptable. No nail polish is to
be worn on duty.
